Website problem - Cannot post comments for Skins.

I tried to post comments in the skins library but they don't post. I enter name, email, and the comment then hit preview, the preview page appears along with the comment but the only button available is Preview again, no sign of Submit.

I've updated the website. Now "Post" button is visible. Thank you.
