On my system I have these settings.

If I open one folder then decide to slide the mouse quickly horizontally across the True Launch Bar (if for example I am looking for a different folder) then True Launch Bar becomes overloaded by opening and closing folders and FREEZE happens.
This is quite serious because all system locks up or runs very slowly. Sometimes only escape is POWER OFF.
