TLB v1.2.7 RC3 has been released

What's new:
* Refresh of toolbar now refreshes toolbat settings and skin
* "Apply to child folders" option inthe Customize Menu dialog box

Fixed:
* Color panel in Menu tab cause explorer crash (Windows Me)
* Drag&Drop between two toolbars works incorrectly
* Explorer crash on LiveImage (and some other protected) shortcuts
* Imposible to rename Control Panel if it is added as Virtual Folder
* It is impossible to open Select Color Dialog in the Menu appearance tab
* Recently Accessed menu contain less items then in settings
* Rename do not works correctly for first level menu items under Windows 9x/Me
* Renaming folder inside Virtual folder cause the lost of submenu items
* TLB does not save text color for titles
* Uninstall can hang up
* Some other minor bugs

Download version 1.2.7 RC3

The icon cache feature doesn't seem to working (Icon packager 2.0), it displays the old shell32.dll icons.

I lost my tweak shell32.dll when I upgraded to sp1 as well which is how I forced it to use the package icons.

I noticed that 1.2.7 RC3 has sluggish menus, I have the background load feature on but it is really sluggish compared to the old 1.2.3 version I was using.

It seems when I use the menu explorer.exe goes to 100% and hangs there for awhile.


I'll try going back a version and see if that fixes it.
