This WEBSITE will NOT drag and drop to True Launch Bar (it will not D&D to favorities either) because it's frame name is very long.

Test by chossing add to favorities - works
Rename to shorter name
Can drag and drop ok.

Maybe True Launch Bar can handle this when IE can't
