In one of my toolbars I have two horizontal rows of buttons. If I open a menu on the lower row and select a link that I wish to move, I am unable to move it to a menu on the upper row because the menu covers the row and won't drop down on it's own.

If you need images or video to make things clearer just let me know. Wink

Running TLB 6.1 x64 on Win7 x64.

One thing that can be tried is to drag the link first to the desktop and then let go. Next drag the link from the desktop to the second location. This should work.

There is one more solution. The option TLB Settings->Menu->General->Disable toolbar overlap

When you turn on this option, the menu will appear at the toolbar edge and don't overlap any toolbar button. This option can be useful if you have small icons and don't use the "open menu on mouse hover".

That's the ticket Yuri. Works just fine for my needs.
