One of my menus in a standalone toolbar I have used for years now suddenly refuses to open at all. I am using 651 beta 64 bit.

Maybe the menu become the "tear off" and is placed out off the screen. Try to click the menu and then press CTRL+T. This will turn off the "tear off" for menu.

It is not tear-off. It is now working sometimes, about 20% of the time. But about 80% of the time it will not pop up.
Also, during the 80% of the time it will not pop up, placing the mouse on it causes TLB standalone to hang and require restart of TLB (which I do with a batch file that kills the process and restarts it).

Is this menu virtual folder? Do you use the "popup menu on mouse hover"?

Quote:placing the mouse on it causes TLB standalone to hang
This looks like the hang appear when TLB try to show the popup tooltip. Please can you turn off the tooltips (TLB Settings->Tips->Disable tips) to be sure the problem if here.

Tooltips already disabled. Yes, popup menu on mouse hover is activated. Now causes hang every time.

One more question: Is this menu virtual folder or regular menu (or maybe the menu with two arrows)?

Please can you create the toolbar backup (TLB Settings->Options->Backup) and sent it to me (support@tordex.com).
