Quick launch icons didn't transfer

When I installed TLB earlier today onto my Desktop with XP the quick launch icons did transfer to TLB. However, when I just installed TLB onto my laptop with Windows 7 the icons did not transfer to TLB (only six icons appeared), and quick launch is not listed on the taskbar toolbars menu so that I can uncheck it..

Is this a bug or some other issue?

Usually Windows 7 don't have the Quick Launch. The icons on the taskbar are "Pinned" this is a bit different thing.

If you want move all pinned shortcuts to TLB, open the folder:

and drag&drop shortcuts to TLB.
