Renaming Bug - Won't rename if all you change is case.

If you attempt to rename a shortcut, but all you're changing is the case, the rename won't take hold.

For example; renaming "MY SHORTCUT" to "My Shortcut" doesn't work.

Work around: rename "MY SHORTCUT" to "MY SHORTCUT X" and then to "My Shortcut".

As temporary solution: use Refresh feature (right-click on menu and select Refresh).
