I have 6 different toolbars running. When I close just one of them, the rest of them also close. This is new behavior. How to stop?

How did you close the toolbar? Right way: right-click the empty space of toolbar and select "Close Toolbar" this will close the current toolbar only.

I do not know how to find the error in any Windows log. Which log would it be in? How would such an error be identified? How could I search for it?

Event Viewer. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UIW20vvqPX8

In the error text you'll see the tlbhost.exe

Yes, I know about event viewer. But which Windows log do you want? How do I find the right error within that log?
Also, that particular video on youtube does not run. All others I tried do run. But not that one.

Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application

Find the error by string "Application Error" (this is the source, level is "Error"). In the error text you'll see the tlbHost.exe (in the first line).

Thank you for error text. Now I see - the problem in the Web Scraper plugin (webscraper.dll). Please can you send me (maybe by email) the plugin file "Web Scraper.tlbplugin". To get this file just drag&drop the Web Scraper plugin from the toolbar/menu to the desktop or any other folder.
