TLB 7.3 kills my TLB

I'm running TLB 7.2 standalone under Win 10 Pro 64 no problems. I have the TLB over the taskbar which is in autohide with the tag bar - clicking the tag bar opens TLB 7.2 no probs.

But after installing 7.3 and the reboot (the Windows Welcome screen stayed up significantly longer than usual), no tag bar and no way to get TLB open. tlbHost.exe is running. Killing it and restarting it doesn't help.

I then tried to re-install 7.2 but even though the install finishes it doesn't change TLB which remains at 7.3.

Try this:
1. Kill tlbHost.exe
2. Delete tlbHost.exe from the TLB installation folder (by default C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar)
3. Install version 7.2
4. Run tlbHost.exe

This will install tlbHost.exe from the version 7.2 (TLB itself will be 7.3). If this will not help you can repeat these steps with deleting tlb.dll also to make the full revert to version 7.2.

Also please can you send me (support@tordex.com or attach it here) the file standalone.xml from the folder "%appdata%\Tordex\True Launch Bar"? I'll try to reproduce the bug.

Thanks for the quick response! I did a restore I had made just before, but I'll re-install 7.3 and send the XML. BTW I tried using the 7.2 tlbHost.exe you had posted in another thread (desktop fullscreen) but it failed with a couple of missing DLL warnings.

You don't need to install 7.3 to send the XML. This file is not depends of version. It contains the settings for toolbar you are using. So I'll try to reproduce the bug with exactly your settings.

It must be executed from TLB installation folder. The dll's are there.

Too late, back to 7.3 and successfully back to 7.2 as you described :-). Here's the XML.
