-Change wording to 'Standard Quick Launch toolbar'

-Instead of 'Select folder' option put 'Manage Toolbars' When user chooses 'Manage Toolbars' TLB goes to Settings|Toolbars screen

-Please add option to display name of toolbar as in SHOW TITLE option for MS Quick Launch toolbar

-At Settings|Toolbars screen please allow user to type in path to folder rather than just browse for folder
