[Mail Monitor] Mark message as read when loaded

Now I have to click twice: 1) load message, 2) set to "read".

Could there be an option that a message is automatically set to "read" when it's loaded?

Would be a great little improvement to this otherwise awesome plugin!

I agree with you, GeekK, this would be a great option to add.
