Recycle Bin, death row for TLB plugins!

I've been tidying up, moving shortcuts and plugins around.
A virtual folder menu of the Recycle Bin popped-up as my
mouse pointer moved past. Inside, I saw winamp plugins,
cd control plugins, spacer plugins and calculators. All were
working faithfully away, even as they awaited consignment
to the great desktop in the sky

I think we can say True Launch Bar is stable, happily running
a strange recycle-bin-infinite-loop of plugins on just 15% of
my CPU. 24mb was the biggest instance of explorer.
