Did you test Tordex Wheel on Win8?
Is it safe to install, or is there any upcoming version for W8?

It is compatible with Windows 8. I'm using it and it works fine.

Yuri,
I think there is a bug in tordex wheel for Windows 8.X
I've been using a Windows 8.1 x64 at office and Windows 8 x64 at home.
Tordex wheel needs Enter Key Validation every time. Altough I input the key and it says, "key is valid and stored", it does not store it and shows me that I'm using a 30 day evaluation copy.
This goes same on both of my PCs which are 8 and 8.1

Have any idea, or suggestions?

Try the other way to apply license key:

Create the file tordexwheel.ini with the text
Code:
[LICENSE]
PortableKey=<Name>, <Key>
Replace <Name> and <Key> with your registration information. Copy tordexwheel.ini into tordex wheel installation folder. By default:
32-bit systems: C:\Program Files\Tordex Wheel
64-bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\Tordex Wheel

After restarting tordex wheel the license key must be applied.
