And I do not do anything to hide running applications from TaskBar.

I just install the V4.15RC in my WinXP+SP2...

Please, any clue what is wrong?

Hi Yuri,

The problem where running applications do not appear in the taskbar has been solved by a script I obtained from:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm">http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm</a><!-- m -->
(item#240)

However, after running the above and following the instructions on how to correct corrupted Taskbar, still my taskbar is not fully corrected!

It seems previous bug where multiple "Language bar" appear in the taskbar's right-click menu is back and sometime True Launchbar that suppose to appear on Taskbar does not show up at all...
and sometime language bar jump to the leftmost edge and true launchbar sit in the middle... in brief it is a big mess in the taskbar...

I just manually corrected my Taskabr when I see your post, so I will capture my Taskbar screenshot on my next reboot and show it here later.

btw, in the past I have reported similar problem and you have it solved.
I am running WinXP+SP2, English ver with non-unicode program language set as Chinese PRC. I have 3 IME, English, Chinese PRC and Chinese Taiwan all which I can trigger from the language bar minimized icon sites on the Taskbar.

Please can you install the version 4.1.14 to be sure it working well?
I know about this bug. Currently I know the only way to fix it - turn off the "Extend support of advanced text services to all programs". But this can be impossible in your case because you probably need this option is on. If you turn off the option "Additional icons in taskbar" this can help too.

Also I've found many topics with the same problem but without TLB. Anyway I'll try to find the solution.

Hi Yuri,

I will try go back to 4.1.14 and let you know the result.
Can I simply install 4.1.14 over current ver, I mean overwrite it?

Btw, does Tlb itself or tlbHost locks "My desktop" folder when starts with WinXP? I mean while initializing or loading bars does any of the two lock My Desktop folder?
During Windows startup I occasionally receive "Unable to access xx\yy\Desktop". something like access being denied error...

turn off TLB, log off/log on, delete tlb.dll and install v4.1.4

No, TLB don't lock any folder.
