64bit Network Monitor renders semi-transparent

Hi,

I am using the latest version of TLB and the network monitor under Vista 64. However, unlike any other plugin, the network monitor skins always render semi-transparent (alpha-blended?) such that the underlying stuff shines through. It looks just plain ugly. Would be nice if that could be fixed.
