[testing] Toolbar transparency in the Vista style (tlbHost)

To all who have the Windows Vista and want to test the transparent toolbar. Download the new version of the tlbHost utility. Unzip into any folder and run.

See the attached sreenshot how the transparency looks.
Note: Transparency work with Windows Vista only.

What skin do I need for that because I can't seem to get that look.

I have WinVista and I have TLBhost.exe at the top set:



The Results:



It's transparent sorta with a heavy blue to it. :?

Nevermind I had set vista to blue in personalize and forgot.
