Folders opens very slow in notebook

I have tried to install the TLB bar (version 4.2) in my notebook (XP sp.2).

When I open a folders or shortcut they puts about 7-8 seconds while a program immediately. Why??

This problem don't exist in my PC, only in notebook

I've stopped and disabled some services:
Network DDE DSDM
Network DDE
ClipBook
but nothing Sad Sad

I have found the problem. :lol: :lol:
I have a cellular nokia. I had installed the softare Nokia PC suite in the my notebook.

You dont't activate Nokia PC Suite when Win load.
