Duplicate listing for hotkey

In TLB Settings|Hotkeys, there a 2 listings for the Commandline plugin, but I only have 1 commandline plugin. Why is that?

Command line plugin support two types of hotkeys. The first hotkey to activate the command line plugin. In the Hotkeys list is shown as Command Line (Activate). Other hotkeys can be assigned to the aliases. Hotkeys List show these hotkeys as Command Line (<alias>)

I see 2 that read Commandline (Activate). I have no other hotkeys assigned.

Maybe you have the hidden command line plugin?
