[accepted] Backup/Restore

I noticed when restoring a backup, regardless of where the default toolbar is stored, restoring puts it in the quicklaunch folder and loads it from there. I have my toolbars located in my user/roaming/tordex folder. Is it possible to add the option to restore to the original location and load from there? Also could you add the option to backup added plugin skins; not ones that come with the plugin?

Currently TLB restore files into current toolbar folder. You have to switch the toolbar folders before restoring, if you don't want to restore files into the default location.

I plan to make the extended backup to include all toolbars, skins and other global options.
