Keyboard Nav - Keyboard Navigation of TLB

Hello Yuri,

I'm a big fan of keeping hands on the keyboard if I can, so...

How about keyboard navigation of TLB?

eg.

A "hot-key" to put TLB in focus, then up & down arrows to move among your main toolbar (as well as navigating up & down inside folders), & right/left arrows to navigate into & out of folders. Return key launches.

A "hot-key" to bring up the settings dialog would be a nice touch also.
