I registered and installed and got it set up the way I like it including a few plugins. I've turned the quick launch bar off and hidden the clock. So far so good. But when I restart, TLB does not appear - the quick launch bar does - and the clock is back again. So every morning I have to turn of the QL bar, turn TLB on, and hide the clock. I'm running XP Home and I'm the administrator. It's been this way the entire time. Any ideas?

This is not a truelaunchbar bug, what's happening is explorer.exe does not save settings until you exit it with a log-off or shut down. If you force explorer to close then you lose all last session's settings, that also happens if you run into a error that causes explorer.exe to crash or if you kill it with the taskmanager. After you configure it correctly, just try to log-off or shut down the computer like most people do and do not force it to do anything.

Ah, found it (where would we be without google). Somehow a "NoSaveSettings" flag was set on explorer in the registry. Delete it, everything's fine. My apologies to TLB Smile

Thanks for information. I only add that this value can be found here:
