Skin functionality - Include Menu Caption Color in Skin file

I've created a new skin (Aqua) and noticed that the menu caption color (end and start) are not set via the Tlbskin.ini file, at least in the example.

Is there some writeup on the .ini and what it can control, I've just used the example .ini to make my skin.

P.S. Can we set a library of skin files up somewhere, just in case someone make a skin better then mine.

I plan to make not only colored caption but bitmapped also. So in the next versions you can setup color or bitmap for menu caption.

Certainly you can set a library of skin files up somewhere. You can also send your skin to me (<!-- e --><a href="mailto:ustas@tm.penza.ru">ustas@tm.penza.ru</a><!-- e -->) and I publish it on our site.
