Hi,
Sometimes, when I start the windows, the TLB doesn't show, and I've to select all my tabs again. Why this happen? Thanks

So yu delete registry value and restart. TLB appear after restart. But after some restarts disappear again? Am I understand correctly?
Try to check your computer from spyware.
