mail monitor 1.14Beata restarts explorer

I have 2 computer both running windows XP sp2 and both having the same problem. When I double click on the mail monitor Icon it restarts explorer. I am connecting to and an exhange 2003 pop3 server.
This is only a problem if there are more than 3 e-mails


Event ID 2000

The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted.
