Mail Monitor - No sound between setting not working

I just heard the notify sound even though it's between the "no sound between" times.

I have mine set to 23:00:00 AND 09:00:00, maybe it is because the second time is before the first time?

Could this be fixed please as I don't want to wake anyone up ( It's 23:30 and I'd turned up the volume to listen to something earlier Confused )

OK, in the next version this bug will be fixed.

(aside: are the seconds in this setting entirely nesessary? does anyone use them?)
