If a full page application is open, the "auto-hide" toobar does not surface
when the mouse pointer hovers at the top of the screen...........
TLBH requires me to "minimize" or reduce the application, before it surfaces.........
Is this normal behavior?? I'd like it to hide.........but surface over the application when I hover the mouse.....
