Please can you send me the file "News Reader.tlbplugin"? This file must be on toolbar if you deleted rss.dll

I had to start my browser trough "run", download and install Total Commander (<a class="postlink" href="http://www.ghisler.com/download.htm">http://www.ghisler.com/download.htm</a>), and trough there delete the files located in c:/program/truelaunchbar/plugins/rss.
Then i could run explorer.

CTRL+ALT+DEL, the select "Run" from the "File" menu and press "Browse" button. You can delete fies in the Browse dialog box.
