Open netmon.dll with Dependency Walker and you can find what module failed or missed.

Hallo,

When I open netmon.dll with Dependency Walker, the program tells me that it can't open APPHELP.DLL and USERENV.DLL. Please check your email account for a link to a screenshot of the error messages.
