What is the Windows version and TLB version you are using? Also can you backup your toolbar and send it to <!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@truelaunchbar.com">support@truelaunchbar.com</a><!-- e --> I'll try to reproduce this bug with your settings.

I'm using Alcohol 120% too and don't get any problems.
