I'm curious, what do you need TLB for that the start menu search can't be used for?
Since moving to Vista I only have a shortcut to WinDiff for dropping files onto (which I use infrequently and could probably find an alternate way of accessing) and the Mail Monitor plugin in my TLB, everything else I access via the start menu.
