(Request) Make Screeshot Plugin "Save as .jpg"

I am wondering what the "simple markup tool" is

A small image editor, to highlight something on the screenshot (lines, rectangles), to add text, crop image, and maybe to add some effects.

I really would love this!!!

Sometimes when I take screenshots I like to add "Arrows" to point out things in the screenshot.

So this markup tool will really come in handy.

If you can could you add arrows like in this screen shot attached below? Or something very close to that style?

Also an option to change the color of the arrows would be really great.

And also being able to resize the arrors would be helpful too.
