Enhancement: Make Screenshot-- Transparent Corners Option

Proposed ability to have transparent area on dialogs (or whatever the shape is of the dialog) background.

This feature already released. Windows/Application with transparency capture modes

Proposed ability to capture multi-level menu (without background = transparent). Seen this in other screencapture products allowing for very cool menu popup capture.
