How do you turn off military time in the tlb clock

In the properties window, where it says time format, "HH" represents military (24 hour) time format. To switch to 12 hour format, change that to "h" if you don't want a leading zero (i.e. 7:21), or "hh" if you do (07:21), without the quotes obviously.
