I noticed when restoring a backup, regardless of where the default toolbar is stored, restoring puts it in the quicklaunch folder and loads it from there. I have my toolbars located in my user/roaming/tordex folder. Is it possible to add the option to restore to the original location and load from there? Also could you add the option to backup added plugin skins; not ones that come with the plugin?
