Media Control not functioning at all? what am i doing wrong?

All buttons (LESS ONE) are working Ok!, it's the drag button option in order to fast forward or rewind the song, now everytime I try to drag the song's track, the song returns to its beginning and it starts again. That is only button with failure , I hope in Christ u can fix it soon , P.S.: I tried with other skin and the problem remains , God bless you, bye.
