Critical bug - 100% crash on startup.

I can confirm the problem is volctrl.dll as the event log says

TLB host and the plugin were crashing just a few minutes ago. I removed volume control.tlbplugin and it stopped crashing.
Glad there's a temporary fix, but hope we can get to the bottom of the crash.
