When I drop a new shortcut onto TLB, it always arrives with only an icon showing. I know how to change the appearance for one or multiple shortcuts, because I have to do that for almost every new one.
How can I set the default appearance so that new shortcuts will arrive with both icon and text labels? Or whichever default choice I might change to?
