Media Control - Make title/playlist longer

Do you use Winamp player? Media Control have some limitations: MP3 tags - 549 characters ("title" is unlimited) and 254 characters for playlist item. But there are can be limitations by player.

I wish to make the scrolling playlist longer.

So is this the best way to do this:
