Clipboard Manager Browser Button Default Folder:

Options > Notifications > Sound on capture > Browse

Would be nice if the default folder was the Windows folder for sounds. On Windows 7 62-bit that would be: C:\Windows\Media

Whatever folder was last selected would be the default folder upon clicking on this browse button in the future.
