It´s a nice tool although i´m not using it.
For this task i use a program named Iconic Tray which is doing the same job. Actually i found that i really don´t need it at home while i use it extensively at work.
So whats the difference?
Easy I´m no fan of having tons of programms open at the same time. At work i need to. At home i only have the programs open i actually use and those are at best 4 at the same time from which some already support minimize to tray anyway.
So i would also recommend using one of these tools to anybody who works with more than 4 programs at the same time.
