My icons are 32x32, and I'd like to keep it that way. As you can see, if the toolbar grows the plugins tend to dock to the top, which looks horrible. I'll try to reduce the skin size, though I still think it should just fit in that space instead of adding the margin. I've attached the skin for those interested in trying out...
