I just amended BleuSneeZe from this forum. Download it, then copy the folder rename one to BlueSneezeD, the other to BlueSneezeU.

The in the BleuSneeZeU amend the netmonskin.ini field line to:
field = OUTSPEED

and save

Thats it, works great!
