After renaming button - TLB needs Refresh

Version: 1.1.0.11 Beta
OS: Windows 2000

If user renames a button it seems that True Launch Bar will not show a new button name *until* the user has pressed refresh.

This is time consuming and not consistent will WLB which shows the new name immediately after renaming.

True Launch Bar should rename immediately without needing refresh.
