Well Im not running a web server but I do run an ftp and do alot of gaming and my external ip changes occasionally so I like to keep it on my desktop cause Im lazy 
and that is what I used coolmon for but Im trying to stop using that program cause TLB does everything. I do know two providers that do this one is http://www.whatismyip.com and the other is http://checkip.dyndns.org/ but I add one to the url section in weather monitor and it doesnt work so I am doing something wrong or it needs a proper skin not sure
