tb>Hidden buttons were unhidden after upgrade. The order was rearranged, too. This was a virtual folder, Network and Dial-up Connections.
How do you make upgrade? Only running setup? Do you delete files tlbdata? After deleting these files the layout of all menus is destroyed.

May be make option to prevent this?

Where you try to delete toolbar. From Toolbars tab or a folder on the disk? I try both and do not find anything
tb>When I press the Activate (Toolbar) button, and choose No, the toolbar will still be activated.
Yes, Activate button has permanent result.
