Ustas Great work! Smile just to make sure its all clear:

- after disabling the email plugin in 1.1.016 i never had the toolbar corruption issue again, from observing i believe it happens when the email notification icon starts spinning, although not everytime.
- i download the private build u supplied and installed it per instructions then re-enabled the email plugin again. i been using the computer last night and left it on with the email icon spinning all night, and so far no toolbar corruption! Smile

so i think its fixed now, but i will let u know if it happens again. Smile
