Help! Just installed but can't get working

I installed this just fine on my XP pc at work. But at home, I can't seem to get it working. I install it, and update. Then, I right click the task-bar, and under Toolsbars> I have the True Launch Bar option. If I click it, nothing happens, and it doesn't become checked.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks a lot! I love this program.
