Pinnable menus

I would love to see pinnable menus in TLB. I've got a System Resources menu which is loaded with various TLB resource plugins, but I have to keep the mouse hovered over it in order for it to stay open (I use the "auto close menu" option, but even with that turned off I can't click in another app).

A pin icon showing up on the menu's title strip would be perfect for this. Even better would be if, once pinned, you could grab the title strip and reposition the menu anywhere you like on the screen.
