Try to make vbs file like this:
============BEGIN FILE=================
Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject( "WScript.Shell" )
WshShell.Run("winamp.exe")
WshShell.Run("RSATool2v15.exe")
============END FILE===================
it do not show DOS screen Wink
